Eng Lab provides web-based engineering simulation tools, including but not limited to the Interactive Thermo-Lab, FFT signal analysis tools, and engineering reports. Access to certain features requires a paid support subscription.

3. Support Subscription

Supporters gain access to premium tools and content. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the stated rate through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate billing information.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share your account access.
• Simulation results are for reference purposes only and should not replace professional engineering judgment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, source code, and design elements are the property of Eng Lab. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eng Lab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our simulation tools or engineering data.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Tokyo District Court.
